However, no major project execution work (such as design, development, campaign launch, or resource-heavy deliverables) will begin until after the guarantee period ends, unless you choose to waive your refund eligibility in writing.
  • After 14 days, all sales are considered final unless they fall under the exceptions listed below.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may also be granted if:

  • Duplicate payment — You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Technical or processing error — A Stripe, WooCommerce, or payment gateway issue caused an incorrect charge.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction — If reported, investigated, and verified.
